What’s the best diet for building muscle naturally? Do you happen to know of any supplements that would assist in this? (I am only looking for methods that are PROVEN to be safe!)

how much do you weight? how old are you and how tall are you?
do heavy lifting for about 3-4 months depends how big you want to get, do 6 sets, 6 reps with 30 seconds breaks, eat what ever you want and as much as you want, after you got big, switch to cardio and low weights ( 8 sets 10 reps) and really watch what you eat, you will need to eat alot of protein, protein shakes also good(whey protein). if you do cardio without protein, you’re going to loose weight and muscle, with protein all the fat is going to come off and you will be nicely cut and lean, and your stomach will be flat and possible 6 pack, depends if you worked on it, in not ,do it 3 times a week, switch exercises everytime, so your muscles wont get used to it. Bodybuilding is like an art, first you get big and then you carve it out! Im doing this right now, and this is the best routine I ever had (in 3 years). I got more results then ever, Im training with one of the bodybuilders at the gym and he does it all natural.

Diets don’t build muscle, exercising them does. Assuming you meant that, then at least the RDA of protein (50 grams) will be a minimum goal. Make sure you have sufficient food (for fuel) before a workout (with enough time to get it past your stomach before you start to avoid an upset stomach) as well to help feed your muscles during the workout.
There are many body builders that also take Ribose, L-Arginine, and/or Creatine in addition to sufficient protein to help their muscles recover from the workout, help give energy for the workout itself, and help the workout last longer.
Is that what you had in mind?

A diet consisting of organic live food protein builds stronger muscle fibers. If you don’t want to eat 100% raw foods then at least take some form of live protein like freshly ground flax seeds, hemp powder, raw nuts and seeds, raw organic milk organic raw eggs taken whole.
