FOOD if can you manage to stomach 16-18 calories per pound of LBM (Lean Body Mass) using 1g of protein per pound of LBM, 20% of your total caloric intake in fat and the rest in carbs you’ll be doing well. If you still don’t find this enough to increase your weight then try adding 300-500 calories (clean foods) a week to your regmin unitl you start seeing some progress.

do the leg work out but with weights and your upper body you do weights as well.
