What diet do I need to build muscle?

I’m worried about eating too much and getting fat. I work out three days a weekk but recently, my muscles are much weaker and seem smaller. Do I need to eat more calories? How much without gaining too much fat? How much protein should I have everyday and what time of day is the best time to eat them?

probably a good home gym or do some sit ups push ups anything
