What are some GOOD MASS building exercises for the major muscle groups?

CHEST, SHOULDERS, BACK ARMS, LEGS, CALVES.
I really just need some exercises to do. I’ll take care of the reps and sets.
If you could point out some good routines as I would like some ideas so I can alternate routine about every 6 weeks(or at least change reps and sets).

Another important piece of info I would like is, How often per week should I workout for rapid gains in size and strength?
(I JUST WNAT TO GET BIGGER)

    try the 8 by 8 workout…8 reps, 8 sets at 60% max, with 30 seconds rest between sets…i did it for 2 months and got outstandng results…20 mins of cardio at the end. Good Luck!
