I ran/walked 1.75 miles today! I walked as a warm-up for about three minutes, then ran about .75 miles, and then walked about .5, and then ran the rest of the way. Wahoo! My body hates me, but my brain and heart are happy :D
I talk a lot about MUSCLES here and about something I love called Muscle Milk. I explain why the muscles hurt and ache after an intense workout and what you can do about it - I find the science quite fascinating.

And I got a pedometer for $5 on eBay and you should too. They’re really inexpensive and worth it - it’s good to know what sort of “daily” exercise you get. Plus, pedometers let you know how far you’ve walked/run in a day.

    the best thing is to jog (not walk or sprint) 1 more lap than you did the day before each day.

    HAhaha it’s at the end of my first weigh-in video - after day 9.

    Yeah, I can make banners and I intend to but I have NO TIME right now…

    Muscle milk contais both WHEY and CASEIN! That being said, you can take right after your workout and yes… right before going to bed too. Maybe you’re the one who needs to do more research!!!

    P.S. Muscle Milk in a tub is much cheaper than the pre-mixed version. Just add milk.

    P.P.S. I’m glad you’re happy that you’re exercising. But please do some reading and understand how your body works and background on the supplements you’re taking before “spreading the word”. You sound like a religious person.

    ….muscle milk contains casein protein, which breaks down over several hours to release amino acids into your bloodstream. Bodybuilders TAKE IT AT NIGHT to prevent catabolysis. It does NOT “help repair your muscles almost instantly”. Your muscles adapting to the exercise, hence the fact that you get less and less sore as you continue.

    Sorry to burst your bubble. You either need to get personal trainer to teach you correct theory, read some information online, or take a physiology course.
