Ryu, seriously, you did NOT gain 15 lbs of muscle in one month. Most of that is fat, but I’m sure that you look better now than before. Don’t try going into a gym and tell people you put on that much muscle. Listen to me, I’m trying to spare you a LOT of embarrassment.

monstermilk pretty much just adds creatine and some other stuff to the ingredients so yes it will work more but its way cheaper to just buy bulk creatine monohidrate and add it to the shake. if u eat too much protein it can be stored as fat but the protein in musclemilk is casein and takes longer to digest, so it makes u anabolic for longer and proly wont be stored. i like musclemilk for my 2nd meal just to have more protein 4 the day but whey isolate protein id say is better for postworkout

bro, it
s PHYSICALLY impossible. You do gain a lot more when new to bodybuilding, it’s referred to as “newbie gains.” Again, 15 pounds is not possible. You have acquired fat along with the muscle.

muscle milk is pure protein. it builds muscle faster. ive been working out with the perfect push up for a month and by drinking muscle milk after the workout i gained 15 pounds of muscle. six star whey protein builds muscle at a slower rate. my friend is working out with that and in a month and 2 weeks he only gained 8 pounds of muscle

i just got “six star” whey protein.
whats better muscle milk, or six star.
six star has 25g of protein every heaping scoop as they call it.

This will help you gain weight, and muscle.
Not fat.
Unless you take it and not work out.
Then you’ll get husky…..haha.

the thing is i want to gain weigh though and i got 3 pound back since yesterday too. i guess i was just me not working out for a week that why. seem like this will help me gain weigh but not fat huh?
By StraightEdgeShredder on Sep 29, 2007 | Reply
I know now man.
This isn’t for weight loss, it’s for building mass. This won’t get you fatter, it will just get you more bulkier. If you’re wanting to lose weight, fat, while gaining muscle, Wheyabolic Extreme 60 is for you.
That’s what i’m using currently.
I’ve went from 15’s to 17’s and lost 30 pounds.

This is a perfect meal replacment and working out 2 times a day will just not work well. i would recommend 1 shake a day. To many shakes and that powder can damage ur liver and kidneys.

I’m really wanting to use this product, but, i have some questions. Will this help me lose fat and weight? Can i replace a meal with this? Can i take Animal Packets with this? Is 2 shake’s a day fine? Does this have Cryatine (i think it has a small amount?)
Please Respond……

Okay, what exactly do i do? I’m on a 450 calorie diet and these shakes are 300 a piece.
Can i replace a meal with this?
Does this have Cryatine (i think it has a small amount but i’m not sure). Can i take this with Animal Packs? Can i only drink 2 a day? Cause i work out twice a day…..
