Stick to the basics.
Chest-Bench Press(all around)
-Flyes(outer chest area)
-Cable Crossover(inner)
-Decline bench press(lower pecs)
-Incline bench Press(upper pecs)
-Just in case you didn’t know; I would suggest using dumbbells for the bench press instead of a barbell because you get better isolation. They’re also better for stability, and involve more of your synergist muscles which in the end gives you greater strength.
Legs-Squats and Deadlifts should be a staple of any workout.
-Lunges are also good
Shoulders-Overhead Press is a great one.
-the Arnold Press is possibly one of the most underrated shoulder exercises. It should be rotated into everyone’s shoulder routine.http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/DeltoidAnterior/DBArnoldPress.html
Bi’s and Tri’s- DB Curls, obviously.
-the concentration curl is also a must to get better development in your biceps.
-for tri’s I like the DB kickback, and the close-grip Bench Press.
-The D-Handle cable pulldown is also a great one.
The basics are the called the basics for a good reason. The exercises I mentioned first, are the ones that people I know, and myself have had the best results with.
