Is muscle milk the real deal or is it just another protein product?

I hit the gym five days a week and usually stay for roughly 1.5 hours. Will muscle milk help you achieve good results such as muscle and tone? I’d like to add some muscle, I’d also like to be tones with abs. I know regular diet has a lot to do with it, I just want to know if this product is good for achieving these kinds of results.

I just got it today. It tastes really good but its high in fat.
I got it for a quick meal replacement on a hard work-out day. Try to get one gram of protein per pound of body weight to gain muscle.
Find something that is lower in fat though.
Try

Muscle Milk is by far the best tasting stuff. I think it really helps keep your muscles from being sore the next day. You should take it 30-45 minutes after your workout and before bed. Like the guy said above me get in more protien than you weigh helps a lot. GNC has some new pods that cost about 3.50 a bottle for 3oz. and has 42 grams of protien which give you a nice boost of protien in your diet since they are so easy to take and actually taste pretty good.

ya muscle milk will definately pack on the muscle more than regular protein. i dont know what it has in it other than protein, but everyone i know who has used it says it works really well and is much better than straight protein. however youll want to watch the high amount of fat in it.
