I want to start a diet to build some muscle definition?

I work out frequently. I am six feet and weigh about 220 lbs. I would like to lose some extra weight (about 10-20lbs) that i carry around my mid section. I was thinking about the carb diet for a month. What are some low carb snacks. Junk food? Any other diet recomendations

The carb diet DOESN’T WORK… at least not in the long run. All it does is drop some water weight. I like the old fashioned crunch for leaning up the mid section. If that doesn’t work for you maybe you need to step it up to vertical crunches or crunching with weights. NO MATTER what anyone says.. dieting will not fix flab alone.. it MUST be paired with exercises that are tried and true. More fruits, veggies, and fiber may also help.
