I’m 5′10 and weigh about 155 lbs. I was wondering how much muscle milk i should take and when i should take it to get the maximum results. I’m looking to try to put on some muscle for baseball season.

    Muscle milk is not a post workout shake, even though some people think it is. Its not good for gaining mass. You need to take a WHEY protein shake after your workouts. You can take the muscle milk at night before you goto bed
