    Yes, as long as you do weight training along with it.

    yes and no, you need to have a stimulus first, being exercise you have to wear down the muscle tissue…. then you take protein to repair your muscles and get them to grow..

    You should only have one gram per pound u weigh……. after that it is all excess…
