all you lost with that “water diet” was water. The ONLY thing that converts fat to energy is exercise.

well, no. and it wouldnt matter if you only drank liquids because the first things you EAT again will stay with you, and you will gain it all back.
best thing to do is have a healthy regular diiet

yea, I dont think you’ll lose weight with water, well you probably will but it wont be how you want, you’ll be anorexic if you do it long enough ew :O

I am in the medical field. The answer is NO. You reduced the caloric intake, therefore loosing lbs. You need exercise to burn fat. And the most important thing about loosing that weight is exercise, exercise, exercise.
KEEP ON TRUCKING.

Well you burn fat when you work out… you lose weight and mass as you go on a diet… but a liquid diet is unhealthy because you will start eating solid foods again and you will gain all the weight back andthen some… so I wouldn’t do it, eat balanced meals and drink lots of water, so you boost your metabolism… and work out so you put on lean muscle.
