    basically u wanna gain muscle u want 1.5x-2x carbs per g protein u get
    u get 200g protein a day u want 300-400g carbs and well u need some healthy fats in there minimum rule of thumb is 50g healthy fats
    aim for 1.5g protein per lb u weigh i weigh 133lbs i eat 215g protein a day and 350g carbs and 60-65g fat about
    so u gott eat alot really
