Yes look at your overall nutrients Vitamins, minerals, water intake.
Quality foods equal quality results.
Make sure you getting enough water, protein, and healthy fats. any kind of weight loss or fat loss program is based on depletion. therefore your nutrient intake and quality of foods will be a huge factor.
Also get enough sleep 6-9 hours, and look for stress relief activities. Too much stress will stop your results.

Doctors typically recommend a 40-30-30 diet ratio for carbs-proteins-healthy fats because if you consume less than 40% carbs and try to workout, your body needs energy from carbs so it will try to take that from your muscles, resulting in muscle loss.
