Can I use muscle milk as a meal replacement?

muscle milk

Normally I’ll have some oatmeal around 2 hours before my workout. However this time I downed a muscle milk at least 2 hours before an intense HIIT, but I kept burping and smelling that Banana Creme (which is not a flavor I’d buy again, lol — though I do love banana creme normally).

Anyways, the point is, I plan to use it after my workouts from now on, and I’d like to know if I could replace my post-workout meal (which is usually a plain can of tuna and some medium GI carbs).

Thanks!

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product. I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little “help” so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at , they give you a free trial and you only pay 6.99$ shipping and handling.
